biometric nightstand gun safe

I am a woman that purchased my first item đồ sộ put into this safe, but needed somewhere đồ sộ store it other phàn nàn lying loaded on my nightstand as I was a bit nervous about it all. I purchased this gun safe and was happy with the sturdiness and ease of installing it onto my nightstand. After installation, I had trouble programming it with a new code and the fingerprint. Tried many times, reading and rereading the instructions, but I couldn’t get it đồ sộ work. Within the packaging, it had a thẻ with registration info. I did and received an immediate gmail back welcoming u and a liên hệ address if I had any problems.

I replied on late Saturday evening about the programming problem and, much đồ sộ my shock, they immediately replied and helped u get it programmed. Instead of holding the program button for “5” seconds, they told u đồ sộ hold it for “3” and that was all there was đồ sộ it. I was holding the button too long. Duh!

I absolutely LOVE my safe. It holds my item beautifully, securely, safely, and now opens with a touch of any of my fingers at different angles. I now feel safe with my new item contained in my safe by my bedside. I am ví glad I chose this safe with this particular company as their customer service and patience with my lack of skills was superb! I have never received such great customer service from a company as I did with this one. They are astoundingly good! Ladies, this is the safe đồ sộ get. ;)

The safe is well built and sturdy. The action is quick and smooth. The keypad and fingerprint controls work well, were easy đồ sộ setup, and came with clear instructions. The back up manual key lock is on the bottom, which is a little unusual, but it’s not a crappy barrel lock, ví it’s not easy đồ sộ pick. I installed it inside of a nightstand ví it sits flush on a shelf, and I simply drilled a 1.5” hole in the shelf đồ sộ line up with the key lock, ví I can still access it if necessary. Overall, it’s a solid setup with very quick access.

The company also has great customer service. They offer a không tính phí replacement foam insert if you want đồ sộ cut it đồ sộ fit a light, etc (I did)…it’s nice having a không tính phí do-over, or just a second insert if you decide đồ sộ keep a different firearm (plus spare mag) in the safe. They were very responsive đồ sộ my request (email reply came in less phàn nàn 24 hours and the foam insert was delivered absolutely không tính phí in three days).

My only “complaint”, as others have stated, is the mounting screws it comes with are inadequate đồ sộ properly secure the mounting bracket/safe without worry of it easily being stolen. No big khuyễn mãi giảm giá, I just used different screws. For the price of the safe and how well it’s constructed and operates, I don’t even consider this an issue. It’s a great buy.

I scanned my finger multiple times in different areas, just as the instructions say, and I'm still having đồ sộ position my finger *just right* đồ sộ get the fingerprint scanner đồ sộ recognize my finger. I'm going đồ sộ have đồ sộ wipe the memory and try again đồ sộ see if I can get my finger đồ sộ recognize more consistently. On average, it can take 1-5 times before the safe opens with my finger. A lot of times, I'll need đồ sộ revert đồ sộ using the key code.

The quality of the safe is very good. I'm very happy with how the drawer pops out. I have a full size pistol in mine and I have đồ sộ pull the drawer out slightly đồ sộ remove it. Not a big khuyễn mãi giảm giá for u, but it would have been nice for the door đồ sộ open all the way on it's own.

Mounting was super easy, the bracket is great. It took u a bit đồ sộ realize that I had đồ sộ open the safe đồ sộ remove the bracket when I first took it out of the box, but once I figured it out, it was super straight forward.

This is a beautifully made safe. Strong with the right hardware đồ sộ mount it securely and room for an extra magazine.
Contacted the company by gmail over a year after purchase for a user's guide as I forgot how đồ sộ program the finger print reader. Received an electronic version the next day in a reply gmail.
A few days later I realized that I had lost the keys. Contacted them again and after a few due diligence questions via gmail (Amazon order info and a picture of the lock and identifying lock code) they promised they would have replacements key made and will send them đồ sộ u. A couple of days later I got an gmail that the keys have been mailed and a couple of weeks later they were delivered đồ sộ my mailbox.

I LOVE the LANGGER V Biometric Slider Handgun Safe. It is solidly built and very easy đồ sộ install. Took u about 30 minutes because I mounted it on a very thin bedside table and had đồ sộ reinforce the wood on the table side. Still a very simple and quick install. I love how smoothly the safe slides open. It fits most handgun sizes and having the extra magazine slot is a bonus. Price is very reasonable for a quality build. Super easy đồ sộ program numeric codes and multiple fingerprints. Opens every time. I will be saving up for a second one đồ sộ put in another room.

The thickness and security of the safe are great. However, the sliding compartment that holds the pistol doesn't come far enough out đồ sộ actually draw the pistol without having đồ sộ pull it the rest of the way out. That might not be a big khuyễn mãi giảm giá, except for the fact that many safes of this style that are half the cost have no problem making full open đồ sộ smoothly access the pistol.
Also, I'd you have any type of light or laser on your pistol it may not fit without removing the foam insert meant đồ sộ hold the pistol, which is definitely less convenient. I have a glock 19 with streamlight tlr-7 with low profile switches and it barely fits in the foam slot.

All in all I believe it's a more durable safe phàn nàn many lượt thích it but I would feel a lot better if I'd paid about $50 less phàn nàn I did for this.
