hanging sticky fly trap

They are not attractive things to lớn have hanging in your house but they vì thế work amazing & you don't smell zapped fly smoke. I have been able to lớn pull them out of cylinder without tearing for the most part. I use deli gloves at the midway point to lớn pull out the rest ví it keeps its curl. I think once there is some flies on there, it becomes more enticing for them to lớn land next to lớn their dearly departed buddies ví you almost hate to lớn replace them with fresh ones. Every year before I leave for California, there no flies in the house. When I return three weeks later, the first floor has a ton of them + fruit flies. Maybe because the central a/c is not effective enough upstairs in summer & that is where my cats hố out when I am not trang chính ví I leave a digital window a/c turned on; then they go downstairs where the pet sitter feeds them. Not sure where else they are getting in. I keep the kitchen drain covered. This year - really bad. I have been back three months & just when I think I'm making progress, baby flies are flying around again. These are more effective than thở the little yellow Sticky Traps. They are about as effective as the two Bug Zapper lamps I resorted to lớn this year (they have killed a ton). These Stingmon traps are awesome. Still living with flies but definite progress.

I left a watermelon on the counter and when I returned a week later, what a mess! I cleaned everything up and thought I had gotten lucky. No chance. 3 weeks later the fruit flies are out of control. Just when I think they are diminishing, they are back by the hundreds. In 24 years, I have never seen this many insects in my house. It is out of control and I came to lớn realize I'm not winning . Fruit flies must multiply every second. Fly spray does nothing and a bowl of vinegar in a zip lock bag doesn't attract enough, fast enough. So, I purchased these traps.

Well as I was hanging one in the kitchen, I saw several fruit fliesin the window. I decided to lớn leave them alone. I hung these 3 of these traps in the kitchen and put two táo Apple cider vinegar traps in the window. A few hours later, the hanging traps have at least đôi mươi flies on them. I have made more progress with these traps in a few hours than thở I've made with sprays and vinegar in 3 weeks. I am finally feeling confident that I'm going to lớn get rid of these fruit flies and I can invite people over again.

Get them because they work!!!

Have flys and gnats in the house, put the strips in the living area, bathroom, kitchen, less than thở 24 hrs and they have attracted about 80% of both pests. The fly paper can by tricky to lớn unroll, the directions say to lớn warm the tube in your hands before opening, I'm sure this would help. I was to lớn much in a hurry and they still did the job better than thở I expected.

I remember these strips as a kid. My Mother could not hit the long side of a barn with a light pole BUT she didn't need to lớn since all the house fly and fruit fly population had to lớn vì thế was look for the most convinenint place to lớn land. The never fail insect strip was always handy. Mother did try to lớn place them in out off sight places where the human eye did not have to lớn see the demise of the victim! One thing I vì thế to lớn make them less visible is to lớn shorten the strip . This allows má to lớn despose of the victims more often and not waste the remainder of the strip . BEWARE THAT GLUE IS REALLY STICKEY ! Handle with care .

THESE LOOK LIKE THE OLD ONES BUT DO NOT SEEM TO ATTRACT THE FLYS

I have had a problem with that for the last few months. I was infested with them and they are pretty much gone now since I’ve got them worked very well.
