Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2023 This product has been around for years and I mix it in with my powdered whey and then use it in my oatmeal and smoothies vĩ đại keep my fingernails healthy as I play classical guitar and don't want the expense of using acrylics every 3 weeks.
